The Budd Company made stainless steel fluted “streamline” passenger cars found on many North American railroads from the 40s-70s.  Many can be found in service today as Private Cars or on tourist lines.  The Pennsylvania Railroad had 16 parlor cars in their passenger fleet built by Budd in1951 for the “Congressional Limited” passenger train, numbered 7130-7145.    Here is a link to several reference photos.

This shell is designed to fit on a TGauge Adjustable Chassis (TGauge.com part number 023 sold separately) to produce an accurate model of this passenger car in 1:450 scale.
